• In case your body temperature lowers down too quickly, it may lead to hypothermia. The medical condition occurs when the body of an individual is suddenly exposed to extreme cold. Shivering and paleness are the initial symptoms of this medical condition.
• Heat exhaustion is another medical condition that a person may suffer from. Symptoms of heat exhaustion include headache, nausea, vomiting, dehydration etc. If a medical condition like this occurs, the person needs to be immediately brought to a cool environment and seek medical assistance as soon as possible.
